My name is Debbie. Its lovely to meet you.

I am a mother to three lovely children, married to my husband Grant, and have lived in Great Bromley for 16 years, previous to this, I lived in Gants Hill and was born and brought up with my family in a small local village called Bradfield in Essex.

When I left school, I joined our Colchester branch of "Boots the Chemist" as a YTS employee, I stayed with the company for 22 years, working in various stores in London and some seaside stores in Essex, during my time with the company I worked my way up to being a manager of my owe store, I eventually left to have a family.

Whilst being at home, I came across Reflexology, I was so intrigued and blown away by the wonderful treatment, I signed up to study with The Association of Reflexology back in the year 2000, closely followed by Swedish massage. With more time on my hands, I decided to study other treatments, to include Reiki, Indian Head massage, Hot stones, Warm Bamboo, Hopi Ear Candling, Navel Candling, Facial Reflexology and Facial Cupping.

My newest treatment is Zone Face Lift which was created by leading Facial reflexologist Ziggy Bergman, an award-winner for her treatments and facial Elixir. Ziggy has been in many articles which can be found in Marie Claire magazines and papers such as the Daily Mail and many more. Zone Facelift is a truly brilliant Natural alternative to Botox and Fillers, this gentle but extremely effective treatment, using Facial Reflexology, Facelift massage, Native American healing, Quartz/Jade crystals specialist practices and facial cupping. I have seen some fabulous results with my case studies and it truly is a wonderful treatment.

I discovered the amazing benefits of all the treatments I offer and have had some wonderful results. I absolutely love what I do and I have not looked back since.

My journey in health, holistic and wellbeing has been my most rewarding and fulfilling journey yet. The benefits for myself, family, friends and clients have been enormous and I feel compelled and passionate to share these beautiful treatments with you all.

I work from my own tranquil and serene space in Great Bromley and I also offer a home visit if preferred.
